
SOLVit offers its clients a verity of onsite services including a Proactive and casual Maintenance plans. Proactive plans provide cheaper rates and a more proactive environment. This plan includes a compulsory minimum of two hours (spent on proactive maintenance) and is our preferred support plan.
The casual maintenance plan suits home and small business users.
Its a "Break / Fix" approach to computer maintenance. Support hours
are charged by the hour, with a minimum 1 hour charge. Invoices are
sent at the end of the month.
Backup MX and DNS Service – SOLVit Network Support also provide a
Backup MX and DNS service for those clients running their own DNS /
mail server and looking to add cost affective redundancy solution to
their server environments.
