Maintenance Plans
There’s nothing more frustrating than technology and computer problems, but let’s face it, everybody has them! To ensure that you’re not out of action for long periods of time, we have developed two maintenance support plans: The Proactive and the Casual.
The Proactive Plan provides you with a monthly maintenance check-up to ensure that all your equipment and systems are up to date and working effectively.
This is the plan that we highly recommend for medium sized businesses because it minimises emergency calls, stress and unnecessary downtime. The Proactive Plan keeps your technology up-to-date and ticking over nicely.
The Casual Plan suits home and small business (1 to 4 users) . It is based on a ‘call-out’ system for when there is a problem. The Casual Plan is a “break and fix” approach.

What we do and the definitions
Server Migration and Integration – SOLVit will transfer all centralised administration, storage and user data from an old server to a new one. VPN and Remote Access Solutions – SOLVit can create a VPN (Virtual Private Network) for your business to allow secure access to work files and your computer from a remote location. This is ideal if you are on holiday, out of the office

Virtualization – For a green solution, consider reducing emissions and infrastructure costs by virtualizing your network. This means that more than one virtual operating system can run from your server, or you can run multiple virtual servers from one physical server.
